Position SummaryLiz Fashion Industry Ltd. is looking for some candidates for the position of Jr.Executive/ Executive - Performance Management (HR).Job Responsibilities
Help to implement a comprehensive performance management strategy across all departments with the company's business objectives and growth.
Gather data from all concerned stakeholders. Daily data analysis to identify KPI.
Assist to execute all the milestones in the performance management cycle. Help to create benchmarks on the best practices in performance management and update the processes and policies accordingly.
Help to manage all departmental performance issues. Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams.
Provide support to other departments in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation.
Work with various stakeholders to promote the high performance and feedback culture.
Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across functions. Coordinate with Talent Management teams to gather and provide necessary input Facilitate conversations and discussions with various stakeholders including senior management.
Help to upskill Section head to retain the top performers. Develop and deliver content related to performance management, employee development and or any area in the talent management cycle.
Assist all communications and interactions and manage the internal communication plan for all related matters in the performance cycle Train staff at all levels on the performance framework and the behavioral skills/ soft skills.
Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates based on HCT's Performance Management System.
Helps to maintain a monthly report.
Update the Performance management policy on yearly basis and if required upon request by the executive committee.
Assist to Develop and update guidelines around the performance milestones and the annual appraisal process.
Help to maintain yearly reports. Any task related to performance management given by management.
Qualification
Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Honors
BBA/MBA/PGD in HRM will get preference
Experience
At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
