Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from any reputed University or Master's in English.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years

Additional Requirements

• The applicants should have 5 to 7 years experience in the Garments or Washing Plant;
• Good communication skills in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
• The incumbent should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law;
• Good knowledge on Better Work Bangladesh assessment along with BSCI & SEDEX standards;
• Must have working experience in ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context

• Regular follow up social compliance, health and safety issues in the factory;
• Keep the factory ready for any kind of audit (Social Compliance audit & Technical Audit) & Buyer Visit;
• Ensure all type of compliance in the factory as per buyer requirement/COC;
• Conduct awareness program among the employees and workers on health & safety issues as well as health checkup for employees;
• Maintain, follow up & track the validity of licenses and certificates as per regulatory compliance;
• Ensure having personal safety/protective equipment’s for workers, where required;
• Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements, adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
