A reputed construction company is looking for a potential candidate for Sr. Executive/ Executive, Marketing & Business Development position. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Business development, Project Management and Tender/bidding management with good understanding on urban construction market scenarios in Bangladesh.

Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive, Marketing & Business Development
Vacancy: 01 (Female only)
Education: Bachelor in Engineering or Business background from reputed University
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Salary: 30k â€“ 35k (Also commission)
Location: Dhaka (Banani)

Job Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with key government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Discover and develop opportunities for publicity through sponsorship and advertising. Identify new business opportunities.
Identify and establish relationships with top-tier construction companies in the geotechnical market.
Maintain and expand the network in key market areas, continuously seeking new client cooperation while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Participate in the tendering process and prepare commercial proposals as required.
Manage contract documentation and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with internal Finance team and Project Management team to ensure a timely and accurate payment collection of the contracts.
Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

- minimum 2 years in non-residential construction industry

- Proven experience in Marketing & Business Development, government affairs, public relations, or tender management within construction sector.

- Proven track record of successful tender submissions and contract negotiations.
