As a Copywriter and Content Planner, you will be the strategic mind behind IDLC's content and communications, ensuring that all messaging aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. This role is integral to the marketing team and involves planning and strategizing content in-house while coordinating with external agencies to execute campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding agencies and ensuring that all content produced resonates with our target audience across both traditional and digital media.

Job Description / Responsibility

Content Strategy and Planning:

• Develop content strategies that match our brand and marketing goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar for timely delivery.
• Research trends and competitors to keep content relevant.

Agency Coordination:

• Brief and guide agencies on content and campaign needs.
• Ensure all content meets our brand standards.
• Review and provide feedback on agency work.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with media leads to align content across all platforms.
• Generate new content ideas in team brainstorming sessions.
• Communicate with internal teams and agencies to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

Experience

3 - 5 years of experience in copywriting, content planning, or content strategy, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
