Position: Digital Marketer (Intern)

Location: North Badda, Dhaka (Remote)

Salary: BDT 10,000 - 25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

About Us:

We are a new startup, creating a retail marketplace to improve online shopping in Bangladesh. Our platform brings different vendors together in one place, making it easier for customers to shop and helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels social media to drive growth.
• Manage and optimize daily social media posts, especially on Facebook, and develop engaging content.
• Design creative visuals and ad posters for our website and social media.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign performance.
• Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research and optimization.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong skills in social media marketing.
• Experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
