• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs clearance processes.

• Proficiency with MS Office and other computer software related to the field
• Certification on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field to be added advantages

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare interim & and closing reports to monitor export progress covering shipment proceeds, realization, pre-shipment & post shipment financing activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks for smooth execution of bill discounting arrangements and raising regular credit limits.
• Guide team on customs issues, import/export transactions, and support team in dealings with foreign buyers.
• Prepare & and present analysis from cash flow variance reports, borrowed capital, and credit performance reports with root cause analysis to manage corporate finance.
• Responsible for renewal of Bond license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, and Annual audit report from customs authorities.
• Work with quite efficient, trustworthy, committed, and dedicated.
• In charge of giving instructions to the finishing department to move cargo for Export in time.
• Fully in charge of making correspondence with local buying house & and foreign buyers through e-mail from time to time regarding Export documents.
• Reporting to the top management of the company & and participating in the Annual Executive Committee Meeting of the company to make decisions with top management.
• Fully liable for submission of Export documents to local buying house or Buyer’s representative office to get an Inspection Certificate.
• Dependable to submit Export documents to the Bank for negotiation with the buyer’s bank for bill realization.
• Follow up on the payment realization & and disbursement of the funds after getting the payment.
• Taking care of total import; both local and foreign for dyes, chemicals, salt, yarn fabrics accessories etc.
• Finalizing all the import documents.
• Monitoring shipments move through global supply chains.
• Communicating with supplier and merchandiser about the LC and acceptance.
• LC Open and Amendment.
• Verification of import vendor bill, custom duty calculation in B/E, CHA Charges bills with agreed rate and applicable tariff as per customs.
• Import Documents Collection and Endorsement.
• Handling all acceptance for local supplier.
• Handling C&F agent for related import matter.
• Vehicle program provide to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment.
• Handling import transport from Chittagong port, Dhaka Airport, to Factory.
• Operating total Import in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing situations
