Responsibilities & Context

• Manage all legal aspects related to administrative tasks and ensure the organization follows all laws and regulations.
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective movement of goods and services.
• Work closely with the management team to handle contracts, negotiations, and disputes related to organizational projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives across legal sectors.
• Lead and manage any crises related to administrative functions, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
• To ensure safety and security of inside & outside of the Factory.
• Identify probable Security threat & risk in the establishment to safe life and assets.
• Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
• Cost analysis of Transport effectively.
• Monitor and ensure the leftover & wastage delivery.
• Hospitality & Entertainment Management along with canteen & Dining.
• Industrial Relations (IR). & dispute resolve.
• Any other job assigns by Top management
