Job Purpose

This position is responsible for minimize tax burden, maintain healthy cash flow, ensure accuracy of documentation and compilation of sales related VAT accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and input the purchase data in Mushak-6.1 in VAT Software
• Prepare and input Mushak-6.3, Mushak-6.5, Mushak-6.6, Mushak-6.7 in VAT Software
• Prepare and input the production data as per Mushak-4.3
• Maintain stock update and reconciliation with ERP data
• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

• Must have using capabilities of MS Office
