Job Description / Responsibility
- Overall activities such as day to day financial transaction record keeping, summarizing, Ledger posting both manual & in software and accounts & finance related activities including Tax and VAT.
- Capable to prepare Cash Flow Statement, Cash Receipt & Payment Account, day to day banking operational statements.
- Perform all kinds of bank activities, reconciling bank statements & preparation of annual financial statement.
- Submission & Preparation of Vat/Tax return & withholdings return.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Capable in handling the TDS & VDS related activities of the company individually and make liaison with the authorities’ time to time as and when required.
- Prepare the summary of revenues, expenditures, budgets and develop, direct, control and analyze all accounting and financial statements, financial reports, special analysis, and reports to review operational issues impacting the company and to pinpoint the weak areas.
- Capable to co-ordinate with the departments, to oversee the operations, check & confirm the accounting record keeping in time and Prepare the Financials; monthly, quarterly as well as annually.
- Capable in handling both manual & software-based accounting system.
