Job Purpose

Servicing, repairing and maintenance of different troubleshooting Agricultural Machines and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintenance of different agricultural machines like Power tiller, Winnower machines, Sprayers,Threshers, Electrical works etc.
• To ensure smooth irrigation system like Deep Tube well and others.
• To ensure quality of agricultural instruments through proper inspections.
• To identify the problems related electricity issues and taking steps to solve the problem immediately as well as Generator and other necessary issues
• Ensure proper cross functional activities related with other farms of SAE (Sherpur farm, Dinajpur farm, Atghoria farm, Dashuria farm, Muktagacha, Valuka seed farm & other stations) like repairing of stand fans, spray machines, plumbing activities and farm related all the issues when and where necessary

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Job Requirements

Agricultural equipment, problem-solving, great communication and a good work ethic are the desirable skills for these positions.

Knowledge of basic engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil and power) to agricultural problems concerned with power and machinery, electrification, structures, 

Team Work, Time management skills

Educational Requirements

The candidates must have Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electric & Electronics/ Power Engineering with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates).
