Job Responsibilities:

🎓 Provide information to students and their guardians about universities in Australia and Canada.

📄 Assess university applications and supporting documents, including Statements of Purpose (SOP), to ensure successful admissions and student visa approvals.

🔍 Conduct industry research and support expansion initiatives, primarily for Australia.

📝 Prepare applications for admission into various foreign universities and manage other formalities with the universities' international offices/admission offices.

🤝 Coordinate with the Admissions Manager, Student Visa Application Officer, and Compliance Manager.

🌐 Counsel students seeking international study options.

📞 Greet clients in person and over the phone.

📧 Conduct student counselling sessions, follow-up calls, and emails.

💬 Maintain good communication with clients and build strong relationships with them.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

2 to 3 years of counselling experience (No freshers allowed).

Additional Requirements:

Age: 26 to 35 years.

Both males and females are welcome to apply.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Preference given to candidates with 'O' and 'A' level background or those who scored 7.0 or above in IELTS).

Pleasant personality with excellent 

communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Polite, patient, honest, and dedicated to the work.
