Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join us in supporting ERP modules to ensure seamless operations. In this role, you will monitor performance, resolve system issues, implement updates, and enhance functionality. You’ll also train and assist end-users through effective system training and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of the ERP system by managing its daily functionality and performance.
- Oversee system updates, backups, and security protocols to safeguard data integrity and mitigate risks.
- Provide technical support to end-users by addressing issues, resolving helpdesk tickets, and offering guidance on system usage.
- Assess business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend ERP enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Configure the ERP system to meet departmental requirements, including creating custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for users on new features while maintaining up-to-date documentation for system support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals and departmental needs.
- Plan, execute, and test ERP system upgrades, patches, and changes to maintain quality and minimize disruptions.
- Liaise with vendors for technical support, negotiate service agreements, and ensure vendor performance meets organizational standards.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Google Suite, MS Office, Outlook, and internet navigation.
- Experience in NGO, CSO, CSA, and donor operations, with a deep understanding of program management, procurement, and field operations.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analytical reports for donors and effectively manage partnerships.
- Adaptive, innovative, and resourceful, with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in both English and Bangla, with strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), or other related fields.Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in any other relevant field.Benefits
