- Minimum Diploma/BSc in Computer Science.

- 2 to 3 years
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry-related experience.
Additional Requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
- Ensure seamless and secure access for all users.
- Manage firewall and have knowledge of Active Directory.
- Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing IT-related inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
- Implement regular data backup procedures to safeguard critical information.
- Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades to keep the IT environment up-to-date and secure.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Outlook, ChatGPT.
