Qualifications:
- Must be ACA, FCA, ACCA, or FCCA certified.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage internal control processes within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on internal control matters.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Experience:
- Prior experience in internal control, audit, or a related field is preferred.
