Education

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Managing finance and accounting operations and providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
  • Maintaining Liaison with banks and financial institutions. Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
  • Submitting monthly Tax & VAT statements to respective Tax & VAT Zones per the prescribed format of NBR.
  • Must have skills in local VAT, Tax practices & maintaining good relationships with respective tax/VAT zone
  • Handling annual financial audits & submission of Tax files in respective tax zones.
  • Ensuring government regulatory compliances are in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, investment management etc.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure effective treasury management.
  • Work with internal & external auditors, financial institutions and consultants to co-ordinate audits, tax/legal compliance etc.
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards.
  • Ensure prepare Project Projection, Proposal Ready, Foreign loan Financial Analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive profitability and optimize financial performance.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned.
