- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in CSE or related discipline.
Education
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Having a good command of administrative issues related to quality assurance
- Lifelong learner
Additional Requirements
- Provide regular IT support to students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Perform device servicing and repairs for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient IT operations.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Keep records of service requests and maintenance activities.
- Manage and maintain the CCTV surveillance system across the university campus. (CCTV, Intercom, and User Support).
- Oversee the intercom and sound system operations, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
- Provide necessary IT support at the General Computer Lab·
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by users.
- Keep records of CCTV footage and system maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) machines in the university canteen.
