- Diploma in Computer Science.
Education
- At least 1 year
Experience
- Prior experience in a desktop support technician or similar role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and IT-related applications.
- Good understanding of computer equipment, including Laptops, Printers and Attendance Access Control System.
Additional Requirements
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.
- Building and configuring hardware and installing software.
- Maintaining and repairing technological equipment.
- Performing routine inspections of equipment.
- Assisting remotely or physically with computer-related concerns.
- Identifying and resolving network and connectivity issues.
Responsibilities & Context
