• Prepare and manage accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other required reports.
• Optimize financial systems, tools, and processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of TAX and VAT returns, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, reporting findings to senior management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the audit process and address any findings or recommendations.
• Manage dispatch operations efficiently.
• Communicate with clients based on instructions from the Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting/Finance.
• Proven experience in conducting audits.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Position: Financial Accounts Controller (Remote)
Reporting To: Managing Director
Office Timing: Work from home, Monday to Friday
Office Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Bangladesh Time). Occasional office visits for paperwork may be required.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: BDT 45,000 to 55,000 (Based on Experience and Expertise)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
Professional Requirements: Experience in using QuickBooks. CA-CC, ACCA, CMA (Partly Completed). Fluency in English communication is a must.
