The individual will play a crucial role in advancing the company’s mission by forging and maintaining strategic partnerships, assessing impact metrics from operational processes, and driving initiatives that enhance the company’s community and industry presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with foundations, NGOs, corporations, and government agencies to enhance the startup's reach and impact.
• Collaborate with external partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the startup's impact and reach.
• Research and identify potential impact-linked financing/grant opportunities that align with the startup’s objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end process of grant applications, including proposal development, submission, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain relationships with donors and ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to donors, showcasing project milestones and impact metrics.
• Represent Fashol at relevant events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.
• Actively engage with the startup and impact communities, staying informed about industry trends and potential collaborations.
• Evaluate and measure the success of impact acceleration programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement impact measurement strategies to assess social and environmental outcomes of the startup’s initiatives.
• Use data and metrics to communicate the success and effectiveness of impact-driven projects.
• Provide regular updates to the management on funding portfolio status and key trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Information, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, partnership development and/or program management from a social impact perspective.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and social impact initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and communicate impact metrics.
