    Education

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking

    Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Shipping, Real Estate, Group of Companies

    Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Practical Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Correspondence & ERP Software.
  • Good command over English & Bangla both in writing & speaking.
  • Report writing and Presentation Skills. Interpersonal Skill.

    Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain and administrate company accounts, cash & bank transactions, cash & fund flow statements, and reconciliation statements on a daily basis.
  • Record bills, and vouchers properly to ensure accuracy in all accounting results.
  • Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
  • Calculate landed costs properly such as shipping/ freight cost, insurance cost, customs cost, port charges etc.
  • Maintain necessary books of accounts for respective business units.
  • Monitor receivables and payables of relevant entries regularly to substantiate the financial relationship of the company.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly to ensure regularity in reconciliation.
  • Conduct inventory audits at assigned business factory premises to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset and their periodic depreciation on the register so that the longevity of every asset can be ensured.
  • Prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
