Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Computer & Network Troubleshooting: 

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. 
• Perform regular network checks and maintenance to ensure connectivity and functionality. 
• Provide support for operating system issues, network configuration, and system updates.

Hardware & CCTV Maintenance: 

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals. 
• Install, configure, and repair CCTV systems, ensuring 24/7 security and monitoring. 
• Regularly inspect and maintain all surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Attendance Device Management: 

• Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems. 
• Ensure proper synchronization of attendance data with HR software.

Video Conference System Maintenance: 

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems across various platforms. 
• Provide support during meetings and conferences to ensure smooth communication.

Software Troubleshooting: 

• Diagnose and resolve software-related issues including system crashes, performance problems, and software incompatibility. 
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new software and updates. 
• Liaise with vendors for advanced software support and troubleshooting.

General IT Support: 

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees. 
• Maintain IT documentation for systems, procedures, and support activities. 
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
