Position:
Executive, Finance & Accounts Department, Head Office
The main purpose of the Position:
1. Bank related all function for arrangements of new project loan including monitoring and negotiating with the Banks, LC related job, Bank Guarantee, PG and other financial institutions for procurement of various short term and long-term credit facilities as required.
2. Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement etc.) for project profile, business plan, feasibility study, information memorandum etc.
3. Support service to HR, IT, Procurement (HV, MV, LV, AT).
4. Lead and support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget keeping.
5. Support Sales and Project Teams in costing matters before the sales and post calculations during and after completion of the order process.
6. Analysis and interpretation of financial statements in compliance of financial analysis.
7. Credit risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, economic and trade policy of local and foreign.
8. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes for consolidated financial reporting.
9. Ensure accurate calculation and timely deposit of source taxes (such as TDS) to the government treasury as per applicable regulations. Prepare Tax and VAT deduction certificates and ensure their timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.
10. Perform Risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities & investments.
11. Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Education:
1. Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or BBA / MBA
