Experience
- Age 22 to 32 years
Additional Requirements
- Daily Fund Status preparation
- Fund arrangement for Vendor & Wage payment
- Taking provision of accrued expenses
- Daily Delivery Check, Local Purchase & Purchase Verifications
- Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and other supporting documents
- Maintain & prepare all kinds of financial Book
- Maintain & prepared cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, different registers and prepare Trail Balance
- Maintain fixed assets register and prepare schedule
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple problems
- Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before month-end
- Receiving requisitions and IOUs and following the required process for processing
