Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for establishing a sales channel and generating silage sales among the cattle farmers

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve silage sale target
• To setup retailer / distributor for silage sale
• To communicate with farmers & cattle farms for silage sale
• To conduct demo & field day
• To promote silage using different promotional tools like miking, sticker and leaflet
• To prepare report on demo, field day, sales data
• To maintain liaison with others enterprises
• To perform any other jobs as assigned by the management

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Job Requirements

• Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates
• Experience in same field will be given preference
• Knowledge on Cattle feed, cattle farming, Distributor & Retailer handling,
• Required skills: Reporting and data collection, People management, Networking
• Must have using capabilities of MS Office
• Able to work under stress situation
