This position is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals at the early stage of their careers eager to gain real-world experience and grow their skills in web design.

Role Overview: 

As a Junior Web Designer, you will collaborate with our team on various projects ranging from corporate websites to e-commerce stores. You will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually attractive and functional websites.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design coherence in final implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate design ideas.

Ideal Candidate:

• Basic knowledge of web design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• A proactive learner and enthusiastic about web design trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Completed at least 3/4 projects.

Compensation:

• This is a revenue-sharing position. Compensation will be a percentage of the project revenues.
• As the company grows and our project base expands, there is potential for this role to transition to a fixed salary position.
