SkyLane Education is a British Council and IDP-certified IELTS registration point from Narayanganj offering Study abroad, Language Training (IELTS test and other foreign language learning), and Content Development services. The organization is looking for slightly experienced or inexperienced educational consultants. Applicants must have excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English. The employees have to deal with students and their guardians, counsel them properly and serve them cordially with authenticity.

👉 Shift: 10:00 AM-7.00 PM

👉 Off days: Friday and National Holidays

🚨 Job Responsibilities 🚨

✅ Recruit new Student(s) for the company.

✅ Manage the leads collected or given to you, contact and negotiate. 

✅ Ensure all clients receive the best customer service and suggestions as per prescribed guidelines on Student VISA.

✅ Research country-specific visa and university requirement information and stay updated.

✅ Communicate with prospective/converted clients visiting our office and over the phone.

✅ Communicate and coordinate with clients/students/guardians through calls, messages, and mail to resolve their queries.

✅ Communicate with Foreign Universities/Colleges/Educational Institutions on behalf of the Company.

✅ Foreign University Online Application.

✅ Communicate with the Foreign University's international Office regarding admission.

✅ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.

✅ Provide support on document preparation regarding student application to the clients with guidance.

✅ Assess the eligibility of the students for the applied university/college.

✅ Maintain the Social media platforms & generate clients.

✅ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.

✅ Visit other institutions with offers provided by Skylane Education.

✅ Work in a team and make sure information is flowing properly among the departments.

✅ Keep all the relevant databases updated.

✅ Any other relevant tasks to be assigned.

🚨 Minimum Educational Requirements 🚨

✅ Undergraduation in any discipline

✅ Skills Required: Communication, Management, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Negotiation Skills, Online Research

🚨 Additional Requirements 🚨

✅ Must have some fluency in English.

🚨 Salary 🚨

Tk. 18000 (20,000 if you have some experience in the industry)

🚨 Compensation & other benefits 🚨

✅ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)

✅ Commission per file.
