Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Student Counselor to support and guide students through academic and career challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising students on educational programs, study aspects in abroad, connecting through WhatsApp, and assisting them in decision-making about their educational journey. The goal is to enhance the student experience and encourage informed enrollment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via phone and WhatsApp, providing detailed information about educational programs, study abroad information, events, and offers.

- Conduct needs assessments to understand students' goals, aspirations, and challenges.

- Offer personalized counseling on academic options, career pathways, and course selections.

- Maintain records of all interactions, follow-up on inquiries, and track each student's journey.

- Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to support promotional events and campaigns.

- Build trusting relationships with students to support their educational and personal growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pro active and tech-savvy person. 

- Ability to empathize with students and understand their challenges.

- 1/2 Experience in a counseling or advisory role is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM, digital communication tools, particularly WhatsApp and email.
