Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 26 years

• Must have a National Identity Card (NID) Excellent communication skills

• Able to handle customer queries and perform multi-task

• Good understanding of customer service and product knowledge

• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous work experience is not required

Responsibilities & Context

• Drive and achieve the sales target of assigned departments

• Ensure conversion targets & high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service as per company-set standards

• Handle customer complaints/ queries and solve them according to company regulations

• Track inventory and ensure proper display at the assigned departments as per visual merchandising requirements

• Maintain a high standard of service quality by following the standard Point of Sales (POS) operating process

• Execute any other additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to achieve goals
