Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience

  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel, Battery, Storage cell, Power

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure efficient store management to optimize inventory control procedures from raw material to finished goods for better working capital.
  • Establish Min-Max level for all consumable items
  • Establish the process of auto PR through MRP process
  • Monitor inventory and ensure the stock level is optimum for every product unit at the store to meet all operational requirements.
  • Manage the inventory tracking system to record receipts and deliveries using software and check the supply invoices with the purchase orders.
  • Verify the inventory levels by conducting regular physical cycle counts and reconciling them with the data generated from the system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead the warehouse team in maintaining and inspecting the receiving, storage, issuance and analyze demand to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
  • Communicate with the commercial department to follow the arrival of shipments.
  • Maintain the warehouse's physical conditions i.e. general cleanliness, organization and layout in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization by conducting Kaizen projects for continuous development of the Store.
  • Prepare monthly reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock, etc.
  • Safeguard the warehouse contents by establishing procedures and protocols for proper storage.
  • Conduct training on ERP, Excel, Kaizen, 5S etc. to develop the skills of the team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
