Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects within the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time and meeting quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Utilize industrial engineering techniques to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize efficiency.

• Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk assessment. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

• Implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive project success.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project-related challenges, resolve conflicts, and manage changes.

• Conduct data analysis, statistical studies, and performance evaluations to monitor project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in project management and industrial engineering

• B.Sc. In Textile Engineering.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
